I was conscious of two significant inner shifts during the sessions and more since then. I lay down at 8pm for the remote clearing and did not wake up until 5am the next morning. Detox signs are evident and I'm drinking lots of water with prickly pear juice added as a natural source of Vitamin C and enjoying getting plenty of rest.
